Foster + Partners, a globally recognized, one of the world’s top, architecture studios, is expanding to Warsaw after securing a lease with HB Reavis. This prestigious firm will be marking its presence in the EU’s tallest structure, the Varso Tower, occupying a 730 sqm office on the 44th floor, guaranteeing breathtaking city panoramas. Established by the visionary Norman Foster in 1967, the firm’s legacy includes hallmark projects such as Apple’s California base, Bloomberg’s London hub, and the towering 50 Hudson Yards in New York.
Grant Brooker, the Head of Studio at Foster + Partners, mentioned that their long-standing relationship with Central Europe, especially Warsaw for over two decades, made opening an office there an obvious decision. Their new space in Varso Tower, a building of their own design, reinforces their confidence in Poland’s growing European prominence.
Krzysztof Górnicki, a Senior Partner, conveyed his enthusiasm about Warsaw’s potential and dynamism. He highlighted that the team is anticipating the reveal of their new office space in Varso Tower, a testament to their innovative design ethos.
“Warsaw is a vibrant city with a bright future, and we’re eager to be part of it. We’re looking forward to unveiling our Varso Tower office, showcasing our design approach to visiting clients.”
The firm’s footprint in Warsaw isn’t limited to the Varso Tower, with other notable projects like the Metropolitan building and the Central Communication Port (CPK)
