This Lithuanian renewable energy-focused utility aims to acquire numerous EV charging stations, thereby bolstering the region’s infrastructure. In alignment with Ignitis’ strategy to accelerate the development of the EV charging grid, the group aims to establish the most extensive fast-charging network in the Baltics. They plan to install about 3,000 EV charging points by 2026 end. Ignitis ON, their network, currently has over 260 charging points. Eimantas Balta, Head of E-mobility at Ignitis, confirmed their dedication to meeting the rising charging network demand. They anticipate launching their first Estonian stations next year.
