The Piletilevi Group, the largest ticket sales platform in the Baltic states is acquiring an 80.2% stake in Romania’s top and oldest ticket company, Bilete.ro, marking its first geographic expansion. The deal allows Bilete.ro’s current shareholders to retain 19.8% and CEO Andreea Pop to continue her role. Piletilevi plans to introduce advanced ticketing software to the Romanian market, aiming to enhance local event organizing and ticketing services.
